The PADI Enriched Air Diver Specialty program is the most popular specialty program of all. Diving with enriched air (air with oxygen content from 22% to 40%) allows you to safely extend your no stop time beyond the no decompression limits for air. Diving with enriched air means more time underwater thus provides a number of benefits to scuba divers depending on the type of diving they do.
Prerequisites:
At least 15 years old
PADI Open Water Diver or a qualifying certification from another training organization
Program Structure:
1) Independent study with manual and one evening in the classroom covering 2 modules of theory with knowledge reviews and a final exam.

- Techniques for getting more bottom time when using enriched air
- Enriched air equipment considerations
- Managing oxygen exposure
- Using dive computers with enriched air
Diver Certification: After you have successfully completed all requirements, you will receive your PADI Enriched Air Diver specialty certification.
